Bernie & Stuart met in 2005 while working for an Australian fire company. They appreciated their clients and fellow technicians but felt that the company took unacceptable shortcuts to be able to move onto their next projects as quickly as possible.

And so OTC Fire began with a simple question: how can we deliver compliant and high-quality passive fire solutions to our clients at a superior standard than the current industry?

OTC Fire has been delivering these solutions to our clients since Stuart and Bernie first posed that question to each other. Since 2008, OTC Fire has been honoured to count the Sydney Opera House, the Australian Government (Defence), Transport NSW, Anglicare and Sydney Parliament House among our clients, which also encompass many other commercial, strata, retail and arts facilities. We provide professional advice on compliance and performance of fire and smoke dampers to building owners, building managers, builders, councils and other industry professionals.

We are proud to employ around 20 technicians who are diverse, motivated and exceptionally experienced in this sector. In fact, the majority of our senior technicians have been with OTC since its inception.
